CBD vs. CBN vs. THC: What's the Difference?

Hemp contains dozens of naturally occurring compounds called cannabinoids, and three of the most talked-about are CBD, CBN, and THC. They're related, but each behaves differently.

CBD (Cannabidiol)

Non-intoxicating and the most widely used cannabinoid for everyday wellness. Popular for oils, gummies, capsules, and topicals aimed at daily balance and relaxation.

CBN (Cannabinol)

Often associated with nighttime routines. CBN naturally forms as CBD/THC age, and many nighttime gummies pair it with melatonin for a sleep-focused combination.

THC (Tetrahydrocannabinol)

The intoxicating cannabinoid most associated with a "high." Low-dose hemp-derived THC products are legal in some contexts depending on state and federal thresholds — our staff can explain exactly what's available at each of our Utah locations, since regulations matter here.

Which one is right for you?

It really depends on your goal: general daily wellness (CBD), winding down at night (CBN), or something with mild euphoric effects where legally available (THC). Since everyone responds a little differently, our staff is happy to talk through what you're looking for and point you toward the right shelf.
