Do I need a medical card to buy CBD in Utah?
No. Utah does not require a medical cannabis card or a doctor's recommendation for hemp-derived CBD. A card is only required for marijuana-derived products sold at licensed medical cannabis pharmacies.
Why do I need to show ID?
CBD Essentials requires all customers to be 21 or older, and we verify ID on every in-store and delivery order. This keeps us in line with Utah rules for hemp products that contain any THC.
Will hemp CBD get me high?
CBD is non-intoxicating. Our gummies and sprays are THC-free or zero-THC formulas. Full-spectrum products can contain a legal trace of THC (0.3% or less), so ask us if you want to avoid THC entirely.
Is hemp CBD lab tested?
Everything we carry is third-party lab tested. Ask our staff for the current Certificate of Analysis (COA) on any product.
